Team International has experience shipping to over 60 countries and we want to make you have no issues when placing your international order. Please read our FAQs below to learn more. If you need additional information, please contact us.

What countries will Team International ship to?
We ship primarily to all countries in North, Central and South America and the Caribbean. However, depending on the product, we can ship anywhere in the globe.

What items will Team International ship?
We ship air conditioning parts and equipment, as well as appliance parts.

What about warranties?
All items sold outside of the United States are sold without warranty. US Manufacturers will not warranty any item that is sold or used outside of the United States.

What about returns?
Items sold to or used outside of the United States cannot be returned. All sales are final.

Can I use my own shipper?
Yes, you can use your own shipper. We can ship to your freight forwarder within the United States who can pack items to be shipped by air and sea.

How long does it take to receive my Items?
USPS or FEDEX service delivers to your country's postal service within 4-10 days for most destinations. After this time, your regular mail service will deliver the item to you. Please allow additional time for possible customs inspections. The time needed for us to process your order can be 1-2 business days for in stock orders. In some cases, we may need to obtain items not in stock from other locations within the US, so that we can ship the entire order together. This can add an additional 7-14 days processing time. In total, please allow 1-3 weeks to receive international packages - all international shipments are shipped from West Palm Beach, Florida.

How will I know when my order ships?
When the item ships, you will receive an email from Team International or from USPS.com. Please adjust your spam settings necessary to allow emails from us. You will be sent this email within 24 hours of the items shipment (M-F). Please note that the tracking provided is with US mail and they are slow to update, and sometimes do not post anything until the item is delivered.

What about Value Added Tax, Customs Fees, Import Duties, Brokerage Fees or other Taxes?
USPS or FEDEX does not charge brokerage fees but has reciprocal arrangements with most countries - you may be required to pay tax upon receiving the items. This will depend upon your country custom and tariff laws. In most cases, however, no additional fees come due.
